The creative process is something that needs to be nurtured.  In order to keep the ideas flowing and the creative juices juicy, I decided that blogging was a way to express ideas and explore what other artists are creating.  For the most part, my blog, Sarah Elizabeth, focuses on everyday life and artists that inspire me.  Searching for beauty in everyday life not only allows me to appreciate the little things, but also it acts as a journal or a sketch book in which I am able to hash out my ideas and open windows and doors to creative routes I have yet to explore.  To check out my ramblings or subscribe to my live feed check out the links below!

Artists, Friends and Creative Folks

As a supporter of the arts I think it only fitting to create a mini fan page of artists and businesses that continue to inspire me to live a life that's a little less ordinary.

24 East Main Street Bed and Breakfast

Located just north of the Adirondacks in Canton New York and owned and operated by Charles Rouse, this Bed in Breakfast is a cozy and intimate getaway.  Because of its vicinity to St. Lawrence University, many of the guests at this B&B are affiliated, but this little gem is worth the trip to upstate New York; whether you're an alum or not.

Pearl to Moon Photography

Ryan Prenger is a gifted photographer with a knack for capturing beauty in simple everyday objects and charming portraits.  His website, Pearl to Moon Photography displays his talents, his mission a blog and even has some lovely photos for sale (I particularly like the Bulk Orphans series).

Hatch
Hatch Kingdom is the only Sticker Museum in the world!  Located in Berlin, Germany this is a must visit for all street art aficionados.  The sweet and enthusiastic curators, Oli and Nada, introduced me to a small taste of sticker culture through their exhibit at St. Lawrence University and I greatly hope I will get to visit this museum one day.
